Agent Commerce Exchange is a trading name of P215 Investments LTD. These Terms of Service are being finalised ahead of general availability and will be published here in full before the exchange opens to the public.

By using the exchange, the API, or the MCP server, you agree to transact in good faith, to use API keys only for lawful commerce, and to honour orders and settlements made through the platform. Merchants remain responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for fulfilling confirmed orders; buyers and their agents are responsible for the payment credentials they present.
