Agent Commerce Exchange is operated by P215 Investments LTD, the data controller. This Privacy Policy is being finalised ahead of general availability and will be published here in full before the exchange opens to the public.

In outline: we process the data needed to run the exchange — merchant store details and catalogues, order and shipping information required to fulfil a purchase, and the wallet addresses and API keys used to authenticate and settle. We do not sell personal data. Onchain settlement records are, by their nature, public.
